**Club Facilities is defined as:

• Tournament entry priority for one (1) week before open window
• Driving range or tennis machine fees waived
• 50% Discount on cart fees or trail fees

• Guest fees waived for direct family members living outside 50 miles. Limited to 12 times/year.
• Guest fees waived for in-town guests or local family members, not to exceed the same in-town guest more than twice a year (Total guest fee waived is 12).
• Early Refund Rights - New Equity Resigned List - at the option of the Club, pan reissuance of Founder Equity Membership, member receives lesser of (i) 75% of new Equity Membership Contribution received by club, or (ii) amount paid for Founder Membership. Any remaining balance between Membership Contribution paid and refund amount received will be paid on Redemption Date. Resign List based on 1:1 ratio commencing 5 years from Closing Date.
• Additional voting rights assigned to Founder Equity Membership: Founder Golf - ten (10) votes; Founder Jr. and Tennis - five (5) votes.
• Voting rights after founder member redemption - four (4) and two (2) respectively
• Refund Rights upon Redemption - Founder Membership Contribution fully redeemed and paid member 10 years from Closing Date ("Redemption Date") by the Club.
• Legacy benefits of knowing you have made a difference in reestablishing the Club to premier status in Louisiana and bringing an asset to a level that will be attractive in recruiting companies or individuals to our Community.
• Potentially improving the overall value of homes in Southern Trace and south Shreveport. Home values improve or decline in Southern Trace due to the conditions of the Club and the status of the Club has positive or negative effects on all the neighborhoods in south Shreveport.
