Get In Shape With Trace Fitness

One of our many ways to help Members get involved in the Club is through fitness.

We have two gyms available. The equipment gym is stocked with various exercise machinery. The open gym is used for complimentary Group Fitness classes and private training sessions.

We have personal training available, taught by our experienced personal trainers. Group fitness includes strength and weightlifting, yoga, kickboxing, cardio, and more.
