Associate Holiday Fund

The Holidays are fast approaching, and as the tradition of most country clubs around the country, Southern Trace will have an Associates Holiday Fund. We are asking for your assistance by contributing.

The Associate Holiday Fund exists to not only thank the most visible employees but also the behind-the-scenes staff at Southern Trace. The entire fund collected is distributed directly to staff members based on their tenure and hours of work throughout the year. Your member account has been billed $50 on your October 31st statement to help fund the program. However, this is a completely voluntary contribution. If you are comfortable with donating $50, no further action is required. If you want to adjust your contribution, please complete the form below to adjust your donation. All changes must be made by November 20th. If you submit a change, your credit or additional charge will appear on your November 30th statement. Our team is very grateful for your consideration and recognition each holiday season.
