Dear Southern Trace Members,

This year has been transformational at the club with some planned and unprecedented events. From the golf course renovation to the clubhouse fire on September 13, the staff has been steadfast in their dedication to service and excellence. In many cases, the staff you do not see is equally involved in your great experiences. Our creative culinary staff brings the menu to life day-in-and-day-out for member dining, parties, and weddings. The course maintenance crew gives their best every morning in the early hours for member and guest play. Our maintenance and housekeeping teams keep the property looking current, clean and vibrant.

The Associate Holiday Fund exists to thank the most visible and behind-the-scenes staff at Southern Trace. The entire fund is distributed directly to staff members based on their tenure and the amount they work throughout the year. Your member account will be billed $50 on your October 31 statement to fund the program. If you are comfortable donating $50, no further action is required. If you would like to adjust your contribution, please complete the form on the following page and return to Beth Parker. All changes should be made by November 20. If you submit a change, your credit or additional charge will appear on your November 30 statement. This is a voluntary contribution; however, we do request your support. Our team is always so grateful for your recognition each holiday season.
